Grandma Peggy’s Sausage Balls w/Kae’s additions

1 lb. Sausage of your choice
4 oz grated cheese
1 1/2 cup of bisquick

I have added onto Momma’s recipe by adding the following:

4 oz cream cheese (optional)
1 1/2 tsp parsley (optional)
1 1/2 tsp. chives (optional)

Pre-heat oven to 350*. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix all together very well. Shape into teaspoon size balls. Bake for 20-25 mins. (I prefer 25 mins). Let cool. Store in air tight container. Keeps for up to 7 days refrigerated. Can sit on counter during serving for up to 4 hrs safely. <3 enjoy.
