Cream Cheese (softened)
Black Beans (cooked)
Tomato (sliced thin)
Preheat oven to 350. Heat a small frying pan on medium on the stovetop. Add a little olive oil. Add beans and mash them in the pan with a fork. Add cumin, oregano, cayenne, garlic and picante sauce. Turn heat to low and warm slowly, adding some bean juice whenever it looks dry.
Meanwhile, oil a small baking pan. Put the tortillas on the pan. Cover the tortilla lightly with cream cheese. Add a thin layer of the refried beans. Layer on some onions and tomatoes. Cover with grated cheese. Bake in oven for about 15 minutes.
Cool for a few minutes. Top with avocado slices, sour cream or plain yogurt, and more picante if desired.
